Officer Letters

You will find below the suggested letters that Provincial Functional Heads should send to their Area, Group, or Unit Officers once the official Provincial webpage goes live. Each letter varies slightly by the recommended  level of BT understanding for the role and whether a revised Role Profile should be attached. The text shown in italics indicates where these differences occur

What you need to do - review the letters carefully (they are downloadable and editable (.docx)).Make any revisions you feel are necessary, but do not change the core message.  Submit any amendments direct to Andrew Robinson by Monday 4th May.  If you need additional letters (e.g. for Area or Group Officers, please let Andrew know ASAP.

N.B - This webpage is temporary and is being used to store the draft letters until final versions are released.  After all amendments are received, you (or your Assistants) will be sent the finalised letters and Role Profile, where applicable.

Key Dates - Submit any amendments or requests ASAP, but no later than Monday 4th May.  After the Provincial Meeting and when the webpage becomes 'live' , you will need to send the final letters and Role Profiles, via email, to your Officers, using your standard communication channels.
